Our vision is to manufacture & supply the Crash with stringent quality controls and to manufacture as per the specifications laid down by Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MORTH) Ministry of Surface Transport (MOST), and also International Standards, viz., AASHTO 180, EN-1317-1&2. Currently we are equipped with plant & machinery to produce 60,000 MT of Crash Barrier Annually.
Product Specification: W-Beam/Thrie Beam metal Crash Barrier:
- The Thrie Beam Crash Barrier comprises a steel post and a 3mm thick rail element.
- The steel post and the spacer are 75mm x 150mm and 5mm thick.
- The rail sits at 85cm off the ground and is driven into the ground to a length of 1150 mm.
- The design conforms to the Indian (MORTH – Ministry of Road Transport and Highways), American (AASHTO M180), Euronorm (EN 1317 – 1&2), Indian Road Congress (IRC) specifications.
W –Beam /Thrie Beam Metal Crash Barrier single side/Double Side Guard rail comprising of 3 mm (and also Customized) cold rolled section having minimum yield strength 2400 kg /sqcm having width of 312 /510 mm and depth of corrugation as 83 mm with hot dip galvanized of zinc coating@ 550 g/sqm having total length 4.318 M (effective length 4M) and also customized, generally as per MORTH specification.
Post & Spacer Channel:
The Post/Spacer channel made of cold rolled section having minimum yield strength 2400 kg /sqcm. The post/Spacer will be hot dip galvanized of zinc coating@ 550g/sqm having size of 150mm x75mm x 5mm thick(and customized) x Length as per the drawing approved by project consultant .
Hex & round/button Head bolt with Nuts & washer: As per the requirement. Certification:

The W-Beam type safety barrier consists of a steel post and a 3mm thick ‘W’ Beam rail element. The steel post and the spacer are 75mm x 150mm and 5mm thick segments. The rail is situated 70 cm above ground level and posts are spaced 2m center-to-center. A double ‘W’ Beam barrier conforms with the standards of in IRC: 5-1998.
